Slam Time Studios is situated 2.5 miles from the very centre of Staines Upon Thames.
WHAT?
The most local amenities are situated on Edinburgh Drive, a 5 minute walk from the studio. These include several convenience stores, a pharmacy and Royal Grill takeaway. A further five minutes away is Fordbridge Park, which is home to a cafe and recreation area. Both Just Eat and Uber Eats will deliver directly the studio.
In 8 minutes by car, or 40 minutes walk, you can be at the ‘Two Rivers’ complex and Staines upon Thames High Street itself. Here you can find a huge selection of restaurants including Wagamama; Zizi; Prezzo; TGI Fridays; GBK; Turtle Bay; McDonalds and other well known establishments. It is home to Elmsleigh Shopping Centre and a VUE Cinema multiplex as well as a number of bars and pubs. There is also a PureGym on the high street.

STAY
For any bands or artists travelling from out of the area, there are a number of hotels nearby. As well as the usual suspects of a 2 Premier Inns, 2 Travelodges (1 each in Staines and 1 each down the road in Sunbury), there are also a couple of more boutique hotels in the form of the Boleyn Hotel and the Swann Hotel. As Staines upon Thames is already a popular location due to being the home of Thorpe Park, there is no shortage of accommodation nearby.
